How I started

A Dutch designer, one platform, and a hunch

I started as a freelance web designer, and quickly noticed something. Most agencies spread themselves across five platforms and got mediocre at all of them.

So I made a bet. Go all in on Webflow, hold every project to a world-class standard, and build a practice that delivers far beyond what a solo freelancer usually can.

That bet is Jelmer Design

Craft over volume

I take fewer projects on purpose. Every site gets the attention it deserves, designed properly and built clean. Quality is the whole point, not a nice-to-have.

Straight talk

Clear scope, honest pricing, real answers. I will tell you what works, what does not, and what I would do in your shoes, even when it costs me the upsell.

Reliable delivery

I hit deadlines. When a client or a partner puts their name on my work, their reputation rides on it, and I treat that like it matters.
