• This Privacy Policy explains how Jelmer Design ("I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website or get in touch.
• Jelmer Design is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42122523, based at Joute van der Meerweg 2, 9262 SP Sumar. For any privacy questions or requests, contact me at info@jelmerdesign.com.
• If you are in the EU or UK, Jelmer Design is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

2. What information I collect

• I only collect what I need to run the business and respond to you. Information you give me directly: your name, email address, company name, and the contents of any message, project brief, or job application you send. For job applicants: your portfolio or work links.
• Collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, plus usage data gathered through cookies and analytics tools.
• I do not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal data, and I ask that you do not send any to me.

3. How I use your information

To respond to your enquiries and project requests, communicate about your project or partnership, review job applications, operate and improve this website, understand how visitors use the site, and comply with my legal obligations. I do not sell your personal information.
