1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jelmer Design website (the "Site"), operated by Jelmer Design. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who I am

3. Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to Jelmer Design and protected by intellectual property laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site, as standard web forms and email are not secure channels. By submitting content, you grant Jelmer Design permission to use it for the purpose you submitted it.
6. Services and project work
The Site describes the services Jelmer Design offers. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a guarantee of results. Any project or engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees, which governs the project work in the event of conflict.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services I do not own or control. I provide these for convenience only and am not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
